Remote, Europe | Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery for key product areas across multiple workstreams. Manage scope, timeline, and quality from planning to release across critical domains
  • Plan and manage delivery using Jira, dashboards, and regular status reporting. Maintain up-to-date boards, track progress, and provide clear visibility to stakeholders
  • Run structured Scrum ceremonies with clear goals and timeboxing. Facilitate planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives with focus on outcomes
  • Coordinate cross‑team alignment and resolve dependencies early. Map and manage cross-squad impacts, shared resources, and release coordination
  • Track and improve delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and defect rate. Use data to identify bottlenecks and run improvement experiments
  • Support engineering leadership in defining and executing OKRs. Translate strategy into measurable objectives and track progress quarterly
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Support, and other departments. Align deliverables across departments to support successful releases
  • Maintain risk registers and support resource and budget planning. Monitor delivery risks, forecast capacity needs, and highlight trade-offs
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and team capacity planning. Support team growth and sustainability through structured people processes
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and tools. Pilot new approaches, adopt best practices, and share learnings across teams

Requirements

  • Experience as a Technical Project Manager for 3 years
  • Technical background in development or AQA for 2 years
  • Experience in building/optimizing/automating business processes
  • Experience in managing development teams
  • Deep knowledge in research and development processes, software
  • Experience in delivering, testing, creating and reviewing business requirements, technical documentation, release management, corporate and financial processes
  • Experience in planning, prioritizing
  • English level Intermediate and above

Will be a plus

  • Experience managing data-analytics, big data projects
